Focus: Analyst Relations
Over the last 18 years Nancy Stebbins has focused her professional career on Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial start-up technology companies to develop customized marketing, analyst and public relations programs. Specifically, Nancy has expertise in developing innovative programs that educate and change perceptions of key industry analysts, press and other influencers. Her attention to detail, understanding of the big picture and ability to develop trusted, long-term relationships with key influencers has helped raise the stature, financial standing and market position of the technologies and companies she has worked with. Areas of expertise include the networking, telecommunications, IT and venture capital investment markets.
Prior to joining GoldRush, Nancy was account director with Interprose Public Relations, where she helped grow the start-up agency to more than $1 million in annual business. Prior to that, Nancy held corporate AR/PR positions at publicly held companies Alcatel/Newbridge and Cisco Systems and consultancy roles at Hewlett-Packard, Digital Equipment Corporation and SAP. She has also consulted with entrepreneurial start-up companies that successfully held Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). Earlier, Nancy was a senior account executive at Weber Shandwick, a unit of The Interpublic Group, one of the world's leading advertising and marketing services organizations. Nancy’s diverse marketing background also includes broadcast television experience at KNTV Channel 11, an ABC affiliate in San Jose, California.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in advertising with a minor in sociology from San Jose State University. She is an active leader and member of the Junior League of Sacramento, an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
